Our TV is mounted above the mantle, so she reeeeeeeeeally has to crank her neck to see it. This was at about 6:30 this morning.

Snowstorm January 2010

We woke up to about 6 inches of SNOW!! Jeryn was so excited! I got creative and put Mara in the swing (she wasn't too sure about this) so that I could pull Jeryn on her "sled" - an old tarp I found in the garage. It worked surprisingly well. I am pretty sure it was her BEST PART of the day:-)

4 Months Already

I have no idea where the last 4 months have gone, but they have. Mara was 4 months yesterday!! She is such a content baby and is getting to be so much fun. She is interacting more now by smiling and cooing. She is making so many sounds! She weighed in at a healthy 14lbs 4 oz at the pediatrician today! I rang in the New Year this year holding her in my arms and I couldn't have asked for anything better! We love you Miss Mara!!

We played outside for a bit yesterday afternoon, and though it is weird playing outside without the Franklin's close by, I was able to distract Jeryn with her Barbie Jeep long enough to have a fun time for about 30 mins. At that point, Mara made it known that she was over the Bjorn and ready to just GO IN already!!
