Rainy Day Fun

Jeryn had some fun today after the rain...

Recently Jeryn has discovered how to pull Lolly's leash down from the hook. She then proceeds to try and hook it to Lolly's collar to take her for a walk. So, I hooked the leash on and off they went! Can't wait for her to be able to do this outside!

Big Laurel Falls

We took a short hike today to the Virgin Falls Natural Preserve Area. We didn't make it all the way to Virgin Falls because it is a 6-8 hour hike, but the trail along Laurel Creek was gorgeous. Here are a few picts from the area.

Minnesota Fun!

We had a great vacation trip home for the 4th of July! Here are a few picts recapping the visit! Thanks family!

Jeryn had her first chocolate pudding pop. What she did get in her mouth, I think she liked:)

Lolly lost 2lbs in her two weeks at the lake. Sounds like a good diet...although I wonder if it was just 'water' weight...

PB&J the Jeryn Way!

I just HAD to post these pics from lunch today. She literally dismantled her entire sandwich, crumpled it into a ball and tucked it into her arm like she was a football player! It was SO FUNNY! Needless to say, she ate the whole thing minus two bites! I was impressed.

Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day Josh!! I just wanted to post a few pictures that I took of you and Jeryn yesterday.

The day began with everyone in our bed bright and early at 6:30am to open Josh's present (vintage-looking Guinness beer glasses)and cards. Then we were up and had some wonderful cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Later that morning, it was a family trip to The Home Depot so Josh could buy a new belt sander. He was quite excited! It was a fun and relaxing day. We had dinner with Andrew, Lola, Rowan and Hudson. After dinner, Jeryn had her first ice cream cone and then went swimming. She had so much fun swimming with Daddy in the big kids pool.
