She Rocks and She Rolls!

Jeryn rolled over for the first time the other day. I was so proud...then I got to thinking that this only leads to more movement and I realized this may not be such a great thing! The funny thing about her rolling is so far we haven't been able to get her to do it unless she is naked... hopefully she grows out of the naked phase :)

I like my Tummy Time mat!

Jeryn enjoyed her tummy time mat today after I filled it with water so she could watch the fishies. After this picture was taken she spit up her entire lunch onto the nice fishies...note to self tummy time after lunch requires a 30 minute wait period....yuck!

Tennessee Visitors

My sister and parents came down to Tennessee for a visit this weekend! We went to Lynchburg, TN to tour the Jack Daniel's Distillery. Oddly enough, it's in a dry county...no sampling on this tour.

Here's Jeryn and I with Jack...

We also hit up Saturday night in Nashville. We hopped a couple bars along Broadway: Layla's Bluegrass Inn, and the Big Bang which was a dueling piano bar. Layla's was a dive bar with some pretty diverse crowd...hippies, preppies, yuppies, grandmas, cowbows, tourists, and us. They call it Nash-Vegas, and I can see why.

Kirk and Outing decided to make a cowgirl purchase...

Here's a quick video shot of Jeryn enjoying the morning.

Movie Reinactment Day?

The Anderson's had an adventerous weekend in Tennessee! We traveled down to Chattanooga for a tourist's day trip.

Here's a shot of Jeryn and I crossing the "Swing-A-Long" Bridge at Rock City. It felt like something out of Indiana Jones, but I don't think there were any crocadiles below though.

We also stopped by Ruby Falls to complete our movie reinactment day. It's a series of underground caverns with a cool waterfall at the end. It was like something out of the Goonies.

After all the fun, Jeryn was a little tired...notice the little yawn...

2 Month Check Up!

Mommy and I went to see Dr. Little today for my 2 month check-up. He was really nice. I liked him a lot. Then the mean nurse came in and gave me three shots. I cried and so did mommy:( But we were better by the time we got to the car. Atleast they give out cool bandaids!
