Jeryn went on her first hiking trip today! We took advantage of the great weather and checked out a couple of Tennessee State Parks. The waterfalls were gushing after the week of rain!
We stopped at Burgess Falls State Park for a few hours. There was a pretty cool hiking trail back to the big falls. Lolly got to come too!
It would probably be a lot of fun to raft down these falls, but the 136' drop would probably be tough to navigate on a raft?
We also had time to stop by Rock Island State Park. There wasn't much for hiking, but we did find these cool waterfalls.

We camped at Rock Island and hiked Burgess last year...it is really a hidden gem in TN. Most people head over to Fall Creek Falls for waterfall-observing.
Looks like a great place for inner tubing with a cold beer in hand.
